Muurikka’s iron cast grill pan is an outdoor cooking favourite that works just well on a gas set as it does on the grill or over an open fire during outings. The grill pan can be used on both sides. One side is grooved and the other is smooth, so you can do everything from grilling steaks and vegetables to frying burgers. The Muurikka Universal Cast Iron Pan has 7 separate cooking surfaces, making it perfect for frying things like pancakes, eggs and omelettes.
You can easily clean your cast iron grill pan immediately after use by pouring water on it while the pan is still hot. Scrape with a spatula and wipe it until it is clean and dry. Our Universal Spatula has a specially designed side with cut-out grooves, is perfect for the grooved side.
Muurikka's paella pans are available in cold-rolled steel, with diameters of 40, 50, 60 or 70 centimetres. You can also choose a 45 cm diameter carbon steel paella pan or cast iron paella pan. The pans have a smooth bottom and a solid rim to keep the food in place. They are of course excellent for making a classic paella but work just as well for other dishes. Sturdy handles make it easy to move the pan. With our handy hob warming plates, which holds six tea lights, you can put the whole pan on the table and keep your food warm. It's a nice and practical way to serve your meal.
The cold-rolled steel wok pans have high edges and a smaller frying surface at the bottom. This makes them excellent for stir-frying, but also suitable for stews and soups. Perfect for whipping up a spicy vegetable wok in the garden or a warming goulash stew on a ski trip. The wok pans are available in diameters of 40, 50 and 60 cm. Use your wok pan with a gas burner or over an open fire. If you want to easily use your wok pan over an open fire, we also offer a hot-rolled steel Muurikka Wok Pan, with legs. It stands firmly in the fire on three removable legs and can also be used without the legs, for example on a gas burner.
The Campfire frying pan is a practical accessory for cooking by the campfire. It has an extra long handle, making it easy to handle even over an open fire. Choose between a carbon steel or hot-rolled steel Campfire frying pan. They both have a folding handle that makes them easy to disassemble and bring along. The smaller 23 cm diameter hot-rolled steel Campfire frying pan takes up the least amount of space in your pack, as it doesn’t have a handle. Instead, it’s easy to carve your own handle for the pan from a branch or a stick, thanks to its design.
