Serve freshly baked cinnamon buns straight from your griddle pan. These delicious, super-fast cinnamon buns, made on a griddle pan, are ready in no time.
1 roll of ready-made pizza dough
100 g butter, room temperature
1 dl sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
approx. 25 g butter for frying
Maple syrup (optional)
Chopped nuts (optional)
Roll out the dough on a floured chopping board.
Mix the butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Spread the filling all over the dough.
Roll from the long side into a roll.
Cut into about 2 cm slices.
Melt the butter on your Muuurikka griddle pan,
turn down to low to prevent the buns
from burning. Add the buns, flipping
them after a few minutes.
Cover and let them cook for a
few minutes until golden brown.
Turn again if necessary.
Plate it up. Drizzle with maple syrup
and top with chopped nuts if desired.
