Recipe - Chocolate cakes

Ingredients

2 tbsp of coconut flour

2 heaped tbsp of granulated sugar

2 tbsp of dark cocoa powder

1 egg

½ dl of almond milk

½ dl of melted butter or neutral coconut oil

½ tsp of baking powder

For serving
Whipped cream or ice cream
Raspberries for serving

Mix all the ingredients together.

Divide the dough into six
aluminum muffin tins and
bake in the Muurikka
Electric Smoking Oven
for about ten minutes.

Enjoy with vanilla ice cream or
Stevia-sweetened whipped cream
and raspberries.
