Ingredients

450 g salmon

400 g cooked potatoes, sliced
or whole, depending on their size

3 dl water

½ stock cube

3 dl cream

30 g butter

1 cm horseradish

1 pot of fresh dill

Salt and pepper

Step-by-step

Step 1

Skin the salmon and cut it into squares.
Cook it in butter for a couple of minutes.

Add the potatoes, stock cube and water.

Add the cream. Add the dill on top
and let it cook covered for a few minutes.

Sprinkle the shredded horseradish
in and season it with salt and pepper
and serve.
