The griddle pan’s slightly concave shape makes it suitable for dishes with sauces. These summery flavours are perfect for dinners on the patio. Perhaps you have your own dill and potatoes growing in your garden?
450 g salmon
400 g cooked potatoes, sliced
or whole, depending on their size
3 dl water
½ stock cube
3 dl cream
30 g butter
1 cm horseradish
1 pot of fresh dill
Salt and pepper
Skin the salmon and cut it into squares.
Cook it in butter for a couple of minutes.
Add the potatoes, stock cube and water.
Add the cream. Add the dill on top
and let it cook covered for a few minutes.
Sprinkle the shredded horseradish
in and season it with salt and pepper
and serve.
