Cola-marinated ribs
Cola-marinated ribs. Outdoor cooking at its best and everything tastes good outdoors.
Ingredients
4 rows of low-fat pork ribs (each 400g)
2 liters of water
2 beef stock cubes
Cola marinade
1½ dl of Cola
½ dl of ketchup
1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves
½ lemon (juice)
3 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of white wine vinegar
1 tsp of Stevia
1 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of paprika powder
1 tsp of cumin
Step-by-step
Step 1
Bend the rows of ribs into a large pot
on a “roll”, measure in the water and
the beef stock cubes.
Bring the water to boil and let the ribs
simmer in low heat for an hour.
Step 2
Measure all the ingredients for the marinade
into a large box with a lid and mix.
Step 3
Lift the cooked ribs from the pan and
place in the marinade, close the lid and shake.
Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for
at least a few hours, preferably overnight.
Step 4
Heat the Muurikka Grill pan, lower the temperature
to about half and grill the ribs for 15–20 minutes,
turning slightly and adding in the marinade left in the box.
Enjoy the ribs with some fresh coleslaw.
