The legs can be removed easily for storage or transport. The fire pit can be fuelled by wood or coal and serves both as a fire bowl for a decorative and warming fire, and as a place for cooking. Complement your Muurikka fireplace with a fire pit and a grill plate for a practical grilling area to gather around. Since the fire pit is moveable, you can easily decide where you want to create a cosy space around the fire.
Durable materials
The three-legged fireplace is available in two different sizes, with 60 cm or 70 cm in diameter. The height is 31 cm. You can choose between Finnish carbon steel or durable COR-TEN steel, which acquires a beautiful rust-coloured finish over time from standing outdoors.
We also have a lower fire bowl (14.5 cm) in 4mm thick Finnish steel, with a diameter of 80 cm. The fire bowl is ideal for creating an inviting space in the garden for cooking and warm moments.
Accessories
The fire pit with legs comes with practical accessories that make it easier to use it for outdoor cooking. A practical grill plate creates a cooking surface around the entire edge of the fire pit, and a sturdy grill grate can be used in the centre where it is hottest. The accessories category in the menu also includes a range of useful accessories to make all outdoor cooking easier. The sandwich iron and waffle iron, for example, are great to use when sitting by your Muurikka fire pit.
Muurikka started in Finland, by two friends who came up with a completely new way to design a griddle pan for outdoor cooking. This griddle pan is still our most well-known product, and Muurikka griddle pans are a well-known concept in Finland, Sweden and increasingly also in the rest of the Nordic countries. Interest in outdoor cooking is growing steadily and there is plenty of inspiration for those who want to give it a try.
