Give your food a a sharp, strong, and bacon-like smoke aroma with these hickory smoking chips. Perfect for enhancing the flavor of beef, pork, chicken, ribs, and pulled pork. Soak the chips in water for 10–20 minutes before spreading them evenly on the bottom of the smoker or chip tray. Use approximately 2 dl of chips per kilogram of food.
