Give your food a slightly, fruity and sweet smokiness with this apple smoking chips. Perfect for enhancing the flavour of poultry, fish, pork- and game, vegetables and mild cheeses. Soak the chips in water for 10–20 minutes before spreading them evenly on the bottom of the smoker or chip tray. Use approximately 2 dl of chips per kilogram of food.
