With this digital thermometer, you can monitor the cooking of food wirelessly from up to 20 metres. You will know the inner temperature of the grilled or smoked food accurately without guesswork.
For the best results, make sure that the probe end is at least 3 cm inside the meat. Do not let the probe wires get in touch with flames. If you grill with the lid on, only use medium or mild heat. Make sure that the probe end is in the centre of the meat and does not protrude from the other side of the meat. Do not place the wire directly onto flames or burners. Clean the probe gently with soap and water, do not immerse the probe in water when cleaning it. Dry immediately after washing.
