The genuine Muurikka 100 Original is the dream of the hard-core griller and outdoor cook.
The Muurikka 100 Original Pan with a one-metre diameter is perfect for catering for larger groups of people, but it also works well in family use. The versatile pan is suited for almost any kind of outdoor cooking; you can cook sausages and potatoes, woks, rice, meat and fish and, of course, delicious pancakes. Thanks to its size, the Muurikka 100 pan is suitable for cooking for the biggest events! The higher sides make sure that the food being cooked stays on the pan.
With the four handles, the pan can be easily moved by two people. The solid steel wind deflector keeps the flame from going out too easily. Inside the wind deflector, there are hooks for the Muurikka D-600 gas burner (sold separately). Easy to assemble, pipe legs with threads.

Clean the new pan by washing it with a mild cleaner or hot water, use heat to dry the pan and season the pan immediately
after cleaning as follows:
Wipe the pan with oil or apply a thin and even layer of Muurikka Silava Frying Fat throughout the pan surface. The fat must not trickle thickly onto the pan
bottom, because if it lumps, the fat will burn into an uneven mass. Heat the pan on the gas burner so that the fat will darken and dry onto the pan, at least at the centre of the pan. You can wash the pan a second time and, as necessary, oil the pan again. You can repeat the oiling and heating until the pan blackens, but this is not absolutely necessary, the pan will darken further in use and gain more patina.
Wash the pan with water, DO NOT use detergent.
