Salmon served with dill and horseradish

The slightly convex design of the Muurikka Pan is also ideal for dishes that include a sauce. These summer flavours are perfect, for example, for a supper on the terrace. Maybe you have the dill and potatoes ready in your home garden?

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 450 g salmon
  • 400 g cooked potatoes, sliced
  • or whole, depending on their size
  • 3 dl water
  • ½ stock cube
  • 3 dl cream
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 cm horseradish
  • 1 pot of fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper

Skin the salmon and cut it into squares. Cook it in butter for a couple of minutes.

 

Add the potatoes, stock cube and water.

 

Add the cream. Add the dill on top and let it cook covered for a few minutes.

 

Sprinkle the shredded horseradish in and season it with salt and pepper and serve.
