Potato waffles with jam
A slightly more filling waffle that is perfect for replenishing your energy supply – when out sledding, on the beach or in the garden. Serve with jam, berries or fruit in season.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 500 g grated potatoes (preferably unpeeled)
- 5 dl wheat flour
- 6 dl milk
- 80 g melted butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 25 g butter + 3 tbsp vegetable oil for the waffle iron
- Jam for finishing, e.g. lingonberry or strawberry jam
