Muurikka teriyaki beef and sesame-flavored vegetable noodles

Teriyaki beef wok and sesame-flavored vegetable noodles are easily cooked in the Muurikka Wok or Paella Pan!

  • 400 g tender beef strips
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 box of shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp dried chili powder
  • 1.5 dl Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 dl water
  • half a Chinese cabbage
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • a little rapeseed oil

Fry the beef strips in the hot Muurikka Wok Pan, add Teriyaki sauce and water. In the same pan, fry the onions, garlic and shiitake mushrooms until golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger and chili powder. Also add shredded Chinese cabbage. Stir once and add sesame seeds. Serve immediately with boiled rice or noodles.
