Friday tacos Muurikka style

Enjoy a Friday night on the terrace, or why not in the forest. Here, we have used a pan set equipped with a gas burner, but the dish can equally well be grilled on an open fire. Serve directly from the Muurikka Pan.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 400 g crushed tomatoes
  • 30 g butter
  • Taco spice mix


  • 10 mini tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 cucumber, cut into stalks
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • Tortilla chips
  • Tortilla bread

Step by step:

Brown the minced meat in butter.


Add crushed tomatoes and a taco spice mix.


Chop the vegetables as instructed and sprinkle onion, tomatoes and cheese over the meat. Serve with cucumber, sour cream, tortilla chips and bread as sides to the dish and let everyone build their own tacos.
