Apple and honey pizza

The apple pizza is a festive, easy-to-make delicacy that can be enjoyed both as dessert at dinner or as a snack, or with a cup of coffee. The pizza stone can be used on an electric grill or in the kitchen oven.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 plate of pastry dough formed into
  • a 25 cm diameter circle
  • 3 apples
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Step by step:

Pour the honey in circles over the pastry dough. Cut the apples into thin slices and place them on the dough.


Heat the stone slowly before baking the pizza. Cover the pizza stone with a baking sheet and bake the pizza for 2–3 minutes covered with a lid.


Add cinnamon into the rest of the honey and pour it over the apples before serving.
