About the product:
Compact pizza oven that heats to high temperatures and provides more even heat across the entire baking surface. The domed ceiling and the integrated heat retention plate create a “HeatLock” – a thermal zone that promotes natural heat circulation and keeps the hot air inside the oven longer.

Equipped with Muurikka UHeat technology, where a U-shaped burner distributes heat from three sides, reducing the need to rotate the pizza during baking.

The pizza oven features a cast aluminum front panel and stands securely on four legs that can easily be folded for convenient storage. The spacious interior allows you to bake both small and large pizzas.

The heating time to baking temperature is approximately 20 minutes, but may vary depending on weather conditions and ambient temperature. On a warm summer day the oven heats up faster, while colder weather increases the heating time. The thick cordierite pizza stone needs time to heat evenly for the best baking results. Complement with Muurikka accessories such as a pizza peel, pizza turner and thermometer. The pizza stone can be removed for cleaning.
